1:1 Personal Training

A tailored one-on-one session blending strength training with boxing (however please note the boxing is always optional). Workouts combine compound lifts, functional strength movements, and technique-driven boxing conditioning, adjusted to your goals and fitness level. Expect efficient, results-focused sessions with clear progressions.

2:1 Personal Training

A small-group session for 2 people blending bag-based boxing with simultaneous strength & conditioning circuits. You will rotate so everyone spends time on the bag while your partner completes targeted strength, core, and metabolic work. Sessions are coach-led, time-efficient, and tailored to ability levels—building power, technique, and conditioning in a supportive, social setting. Please note: the boxing is optional; if you and your partner do not want to box I simply don't program that in!
