CLASS SCHEDULES

Our outdoor classes are small group and operate circuit-style. Our groupFIT classes focus more on strength and resistance training while our groupHIIT classes focus more on cardiovascular and bodyweight training.

Our Mums & Bubs classes are designed simply to get your body moving and have you feeling good.

Current Timetable:

Wednesdays: 10:00am - 10:30am (Mums & Bubs)

This class is located at Rutherford Reserve in Kellyville.

Fridays: 9:00am - 9:30am (groupFIT or groupHIIT) | 10:00am - 10:30am (Mums & Bubs)

These classes are located at Coolong Reserve in Castle Hill. 

Saturdays: 8:00am - 8:30am | 8:45am - 9:15am | 9:30am - 10:00am 

All classes are groupFIT and located at Coolong Reserve in Castle Hill. 

Sundays: 8:00am - 8:30am | 8:45am - 9:15am | 9:30am - 10:00am

All classes are groupHIIT and located at Rutherford Reserve in Kellyville.

Outdoor Group Classes

Our studio classes are semi-private classes, maximum 3 people.

They operate circuit-style, combining elements of strength, cardiovascular, and boxing. If you attend these classes you will need your own boxing gloves.

Current Timetable:

Mondays: 4:45pm - 5:15pm

Wednesdays: 5:00pm - 5:30pm | 5:30pm - 6:00pm
